Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)

Our NEMT service is aimed at increasing transportation access to medical services and community programs. This premier service has proven to remove transport barriers that hinder equal access to healthcare, medical examinations, and treatment, prevent missed medical appointments, and optimize social determinants of health where patients and passengers live, learn, and work.
Patients and passengers may be picked up from home or the pick-up location of their choice, taken to their medical services, and then dropped off at home or the drop-off location of their choice after they receive services. We offer varying levels of accommodations.
We accept requests for transport to a non-medical destination like the grocery store, shopping mall, to meet a friend, community events, and more. Trip request needs are accommodated.
This premier service is not used for emergency transportation. If immediate transport is needed for an emergency or any worsening conditions that threaten limb(s) or life, call 9-1-1.
For medical emergencies, dial 911.
