We offer transportation 24/7. Standard rates apply during normal weekday business hours. We consider normal business hours Monday through Friday between the hours of 7 am - 5 pm Eastern Standard Time. Transports overnight, before normal business hours, after normal business hours, are accommodated at a slightly different rate.

We can not confirm your trip until a payment is made. Drivers do not accept or handle payments.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. Coverage varies depending on the payer and transportation program. We work with several transportation brokers, healthcare organizations, workers' compensation programs, and other partners. Self-pay transportation is also available. Contact us to determine available payment options.

To create a member account, go to the main page and click on "Member log In" at the top.

When should I call to schedule a trip?

We recommend scheduling a transport with us as far in advance as possible to guarantee driver availability and confirm scheduling. However, on average we ask that you schedule trips within 48-72 hours before an appointment or transport. This ensures efficient scheduling and driver availability. We also accommodate same-day trip requests, however driver availability may not be guaranteed or wait time for a driver may be longer than usual to accommodate a last minute transport. We are happy to help in any way we can. We strive to significantly minimize passengers waiting on Drivers for return trips. To assist us in serving you in a timely fashion, we recommend scheduling return trips with an estimated time you'd like to be picked up.
