Cancellation Policy

We ask that you contact us a minimum of 24 hours in advance to re-schedule or cancel any transport. Due to the high demand for rides, any canceled appointments with less than 24-hour notice may be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellation Charge: $40 Applies if you cancel the transport less than 3-hours to the scheduled pick-up time. No-Show Charge: $65 Applies if a Driver arrives to the scheduled pick-up location, and you or the passenger transporting, never shows up for the transport. Our Drivers' have full schedules, and utilize time, effort, gas, wear and tear on the vehicles to ensure they arrive at your scheduled pick-up location for transportation. Failing to properly cancel a transport you no longer need with 3+ hours notice, having the Driver arrive and cancelling on site, or not showing up at all for the transportation may be subject to the No-Show fee. Individual circumstances are considered on a case by case basis. Special rates may be applicable: Early Bird, Weekends, Holidays Early Bird Flat Fee (Ambulatory): $28 Early Bird Flat Fee (Wheelchair): $40 Weekends Flat Fee: $48.50 Holiday Flat Fee: $85.50 Consider upgrading to a membership tier plan for priority last-minute transports, discounted after-hours transports, or overnight transports.
