One Way Transport service provides you with a prompt and comfortable ride to your medical appointments, community events & programs, and other destinations of your choice, ensuring you arrive on time and stress-free. Your well-being is our top priority, and we are committed to providing you with the highest level of transportation service as safely and efficiently as possible. Our drivers have diverse backgrounds in the medical field, are trained in Basic Life Support/AED assistance, and undergo stringent defensive driving training to prioritize getting you to your destination as comfortably, and safely as possible. Whether you need assistance attending routine medical check-ups, community activities, running errands, or enjoying special events, our team is here to ensure a safe and comfortable journey. Cancellation Policy
We ask that you contact us a minimum of 24 hours in advance to re-schedule or cancel any transport. Due to the high demand for rides, any canceled appointments with less than 24-hour notice may be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellation Charge: $40 Applies if you cancel the transport less than 3-hours to the scheduled pick-up time. No-Show Charge: $65 Applies if a Driver arrives to the scheduled pick-up location, and you or the passenger transporting, never shows up for the transport. Our Drivers' have full schedules, and utilize time, effort, gas, wear and tear on the vehicles to ensure they arrive at your scheduled pick-up location for transportation. Failing to properly cancel a transport you no longer need with 3+ hours notice, having the Driver arrive and cancelling on site, or not showing up at all for the transportation may be subject to the No-Show fee. Individual circumstances are considered on a case by case basis. Special rates may be applicable: Early Bird, Weekends, Holidays Early Bird Flat Fee (Ambulatory): $28 Early Bird Flat Fee (Wheelchair): $40 Weekends Flat Fee: $48.50 Holiday Flat Fee: $85.50 Consider upgrading to a membership tier plan for priority last-minute transports, discounted after-hours transports, or overnight transports.
