When you choose our round trip service, you not only secure transportation from the pick up location, but also ensure a consistent and dependable experience for your return journey. We understand the importance of familiarity and reliability in healthcare transportation, which is why round trip bookings guarantee the same experienced driver for both legs of your journey. This not only fosters a sense of trust and comfort but also allows us to be promptly ready for your return trip, minimizing any waiting time and ensuring a smooth transition back to your destination. With our commitment to exceptional service and personalized care, you can focus on your health while we take care of the logistics, making each round trip a stress-free and efficient experience. While there exists conditions that are beyond the drivers control such as traffic, road conditions, or exigent circumstances, we strive to seamlessly ensure minimized wait time. Cancellation Policy
We ask that you contact us a minimum of 24 hours in advance to re-schedule or cancel any transport. Due to the high demand for rides, any canceled appointments with less than 24-hour notice may be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellation Charge: $40 Applies if you cancel the transport less than 3-hours to the scheduled pick-up time. No-Show Charge: $65 Applies if a Driver arrives to the scheduled pick-up location, and you or the passenger transporting, never shows up for the transport. Our Drivers' have full schedules, and utilize time, effort, gas, wear and tear on the vehicles to ensure they arrive at your scheduled pick-up location for transportation. Failing to properly cancel a transport you no longer need with 3+ hours notice, having the Driver arrive and cancelling on site, or not showing up at all for the transportation may be subject to the No-Show fee. Individual circumstances are considered on a case by case basis. Special rates may be applicable: Early Bird, Weekends, Holidays Early Bird Flat Fee (Ambulatory): $28 Early Bird Flat Fee (Wheelchair): $40 Weekends Flat Fee: $48.50 Holiday Flat Fee: $85.50 Consider upgrading to a membership tier plan for priority last-minute transports, discounted after-hours transports, or overnight transports.
